With the threat of death from cancer hanging over my head, Your resurrection power over death, Jesus, is my lifeline of hope! “BECAUSE You live, I can face tomorrow. BECAUSE You live, all fear is gone. BECAUSE I know, I know who holds the future… my life is worth the living just BECAUSE You live!”  I’ve always loved those words, but now I cling to them with all my might! The threat of death does that to you. As much as that threat hangs precariously over me in my cancer journey, the reality is that all of us face this end of life uncertainty… sudden accidents happen, disease catches us off guard. It can freeze us up with fear, stealing whatever life we have left, or drive us into Your resurrected arms of hope. Having chosen the latter, I can honestly say “tomorrow” feels bright and “worth the living” because of what You conquered at Easter! “Death where is your sting?” Jesus lives… and so will I!dd your own text
