Discovered I have a new dilemma, thankfully not medical for once! The age old problem of co-existence. Roo has matured into a territorially protective young dog. This presents a challenge with me starting to sit out under our pavilion to meet each morning with You God… and my parliament of magpies and crows. Roo is incensed that HIS domain is being violated by these winged intruders! How dare they?!! So out has come a leash to tie him beside me on the lounger. Braveheart has returned and was poking his cute, inquisitive head through the slats right above us to determine if Roo is secured enough to risk approaching me. I’ve missed him! And surprisingly he still trusts me despite bringing a rabid dog into our relationship. I’ve thrown out the food, but only Braveheart is courageous enough to land in the yard. So I guess it will take a while for my flocks to follow suit. Hopefully seeing Braveheart getting all the food will drive them to risk it too! Sure works in our competitive human mentality! And God, I am super excited to be able to move our morning rendezvous spot outdoors once again. Somehow the fresh Springtime air massages my headachy brain, and opens up my portal of connection with You in whole new ways! Breathe deeply Lynette! And welcome back Braveheart!
