I LOVE that warmer weather is slowly driving the winter cold out the door! Yay!!! Stripping down to the bare essentials in clothing. BUT my dilemma now is that I am strapped with wearing knee-high compression socks for my blood pressure and water retention issues, so wearing shorts is a bit of a challenge.  Always wondered how the elderly justified some of the strange combinations of clothing they chose… but now I know! Now it’s me! “Necessity is the mother of absurdity!” So another bullseye shot at my vanity. I get to join the ranks of the AARP fashionistas! God, You either have a peculiar sense of humor, or a Sculptor’s determination to carve out any impurities from my soul! I must admit, vanity definitely has its ugly side. So permission granted to carve away. Compression socks embraced. Perhaps if I conceptualize my new look as elastic GoGo boots, I can strut them proudly in public as the cool new retro look!
