Yesterday was a dream come true. Hosted a baby shower for our son, Braun and his wife Sladjana and their first child! Our first grandchild! A boy no less!! Due in July (in Minnesota ) but making a bumpy appearance in the belly now, so it became very real for Ed and me! “Grandpa” and “Grandma” is becoming a reality! Blessed our hearts to see the joy on our kids’ faces as they celebrated this burgeoning life with family and friends here in Colorado! I hope I never get over the miracle of gestation and birth! How cells multiply and diversify to create a living being is mind boggling! God, You are a genesis genius! As we, as humans slowly unravel the secrets of the double-helixed DNA molecule, we strut around like we are the bomb, but You conceived and concocted these information-packed genetic ladders! Simple chemicals building life itself! So as we celebrate this blossoming baby, we are also celebrating Your creativity in the wondrous working of the womb constructing another little human being! And our grandson no less!
